Community Builder Intern (Indonesia)

A big part of this is about creating a community where Reapra can work with founders and potential that are interested in co-creating this approach with Reapra. About the role: This role will focus on community building activities, such as preparing marketing materials, social media management, performing community outreach activities (e.g. meeting people, responding to people online), and data collection and analysis for community activities. This role will also include communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a focus on the Indonesians. You will be working with a team that is primarily based in the GMT+8 time zone and will need to communicate with them during those working hours. The role can be conducted remotely. The team environment is mainly English-speaking. Activities: Your main activities in this role will be: - Supporting the creation of marketing materials - Creating content and responding to people via social media platforms - Translating content between English and Bahasa Indonesia - Meeting with community members (e.g via call or in-person) - Building and maintaining partnership with like-minded organizations - Synthesizing and analyzing data from community outreach activities Requirements About you: Whether you're a professional exploring a mid-career switch, a student looking to learn new things, or just feeling a little stuck or boxed in and looking to explore new possibilities - if this role has caught your eye, we'd encourage you to apply! We are looking for candidates with a reflective mindset who want to better understand themselves and have a deep curiosity in their personal growth. Ideally, the candidate will also be keen to work with team members from different cultural and disciplinary background, and open to exploring things with a beginner's perspective when learning and doing. We would also ideally like the candidate to feel comfortable communicating in spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia with confidence to communicate in written English and written Bahasa Indonesia at a professional level. More generally, strong interests in creating communities and meeting new people will be beneficial.
