Position Summary:
The Commercial Services team supports Marketplace quoting, product corrections, cancellations, and day-to-day Customer Success requests, ensuring customer contract and case changes are executed accurately and in alignment with pricing, policy, and contractual standards. The team partners closely with Marketplace Strategy, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, and offers exposure to multiple areas of the business. Team members work remotely or hybrid, with the Head Office located in Mississauga.
The Commercial Services Rep supports the accurate execution of Marketplace quotes, product corrections, cancellations, and Shared Services case requests. This role follows established processes and tooling in Salesforce and RCA to process day-to-day quoting and customer service transactions, escalating non-standard or ambiguous scenarios to senior team members.
This is a 6 month contract position. Approximate dates: September 7, 2026 -March 5, 2027
What you'll do
- Support accurate execution of Marketplace quotes, product corrections, cancellations, and Shared Services case requests.
- Process day-to-day quoting and customer service transactions following established processes and tooling in Salesforce and RCA.
- Escalate non-standard or ambiguous scenarios to senior team members.
- Partner with Marketplace Strategy, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success.
