Commercial auto claims QA/technical analyst for a US-remote role. Needs 3+ years in commercial auto casualty, cargo, or hazmat claims, plus required state insurance licenses. GEICO will not sponsor employment authorization.

What you'll do

  • Develops quality assurance criteria in conjunction with stakeholders that supports claims process.
  • Reviews and monitors quality assurance reviews across all commercial/business auto lines to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards.
  • Conducts complex analyses of processes, documentation, and controls.
  • Supports state requested regulatory quality reviews.
  • Works in a solution-oriented manner to identify and support effective resolutions.
  • Perform the essential functions which include, but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing and speaking.

What they require

  • Must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments.
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • 3+ years of commercial auto casualty OR cargo OR hazmat claims experience.
  • Previous claim handling experience acceptable if now in a analyst role.
  • Preferred: Exposure across multiple claim types preferred.
