What you'll do

  • Collects, audits, validates, and maintains agency compensation data from internal systems and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluates reports on agency compensation, performance metrics, and payout calculations for business stakeholders.
  • Leads the maintenance and documentation of compensation models, agreements, and related materials.
  • Partners with agency partners and internal business teams on compensation related inquiries; leads and resolves assigned issues.
  • Ensures all agency compensation programs and agreements comply with state and federal regulations, including EMC’s internal systems.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Five years of experience in compensation analysis, including 2 years’ agency compensation experience
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Prior insurance or financial services experience
  • Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and independent agency operations
