What you'll do

  • Formally take ownership of projects and qualified leads once logged in Salesforce by the GTM Sales Analyst, initiating collaborative strategy with field reps.
  • Actively monitor the area funnel to identify stuck projects and work directly with field reps to provide technical data, submittals, or incentives to advance deals.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up cadence to manage multi-month construction timelines.
  • Facilitate, track, and manage execution of Buying Agreements aligning with regional pricing and margin targets.
  • Monitor and report on customer usage of Buying Agreements and evaluate pricing/packaging impact on sales velocity.
  • Coordinate and track pre-bid and bid-day meetings ensuring alignment of field reps, contractors, and estimating teams.
  • Establish feedback loop post-bid to gather market intelligence on competitor positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Manage post-bid transition, facilitate final commercial negotiations and resolve outstanding terms.
  • Prepare finalized opportunity package for handoff to Territory Manager for deal closing.
  • Conduct win/loss analyses to identify reasons for outcomes and translate findings into actionable data.
  • Report win/loss trends to Product, Pricing, and GTM strategy teams to inform upstream adjustments.
  • Ensure Salesforce data accuracy during closing stages and maintain reliable regional pipeline forecasting.
  • Provide real-time feedback and alignment to sales team on objection handling and ensure use of competitive Battle Cards.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new sales hires and maintain library of case studies, white papers, and technical one-pagers.

What they require

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2+ years in a Sales, Sales Success, Revenue Operations, or high-level Project Management role, specifically within commercial construction, roofing, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Ability to travel: 5-10%.
  • Works under close or moderate supervision/coaching; needs guidance on more complex tasks.
  • Can solve routine problems using established procedures / guidelines.
  • More focused on well defined operational tasks.
