YOUR ROLE

Johnny Chang preaches for two hours. Somewhere inside that is the 45 seconds that will reach someone who has never opened a Bible in their life. You are the person who finds it, and nothing else in this system moves until you have decided which moments deserve the world's attention.

You own both ends of the clip pipeline. At the front you watch long-form and pull the moments worth testing. At the back you review every edit before it posts, clearing the good ones and sending the rest back with notes specific enough to act on. The same dashboard that grades our editors grades your picks, scoring every clip on reach, hook, and how far people watch, so you find out fast which instincts were right.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Own the moment queue. 8 to 12 clip worthy moments per stream, handed off with timestamps and a topic tag.
• Topic tagging is yours, so patterns are trackable from day one and we can tell you which moment types keep winning.
• Own the review gate. Every cut passes through you before it posts, and your notes land without needing a second conversation.
• Your hit rate is the number you live on. Track which picks became winners and let that change what you pull next month.
• Keep the queue moving. A strong cut should never sit waiting on your review.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 90 DAYS)

1. Fill the queue without gaps.
   • Deliver 8 to 12 tagged moments within 72 hours of every stream, consistently, by the end of your first month.
2. Build a hit rate the team can plan around.
   • Reach a 30 percent or better win rate on your picks by day 90, measured against the dashboard benchmarks.
3. Be a real gate.
   • Turn around every edit review within 48 hours, and keep post-publish quality complaints at zero.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

• You have not spent serious time inside short-form. If you cannot explain why a specific TikTok worked, you will not be able to pick moments here.
• You soften feedback to avoid friction. The editor needs to know exactly what is wrong.
• You cannot admit when you were wrong. If the numbers show your favorite pick failed, you need to accept it and choose differently next time.
• Watching 8 hours of long-form in a week sounds miserable to you.
• You want to be the one editing. This seat picks and reviews.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Real time inside short-form as an editor, social manager, or clipper for a creator with reach.
• Examples of moments you selected that performed, with numbers. If you clipped for someone else, name the account and the posts.
• Comfort in Frame.
• Applications without proof of past work will not be reviewed.

COMPENSATION

$2,500 to $3,500 per month on retainer, set by proven hit rate and review turnaround. We start at the lower end during a paid trial and move up as your picks clear benchmarks. This seat is the training ground for content taste here, with a path toward the Content Lead role.

HOW TO APPLY

Send both:

• 3 to 5 examples of clips you selected (not edited) that performed, with the account name and the numbers.
• A 3 minute Loom (max). Watch any 10 minutes of a Johnny Chang livestream, pick the single moment you would clip, and explain why.
