Amplity is seeking a Clinical Science Liaison (CSL) to support a global clinical development program focused on Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) across South Korea and the APAC region.

What you'll do

  • Act as the primary scientific and operational liaison between clinical trial sites and global study teams.
  • Support ongoing and future company-sponsored clinical studies, with a strong focus on study start-up, enrollment, and site engagement.
  • Assist sites in overcoming barriers related to patient recruitment, retention, and protocol execution.
  • Support site activation activities, including Site Initiation Visits (SIVs) and early site engagement.
  • Foster strong collaboration between investigators, study coordinators, Clinical Operations, and Medical Affairs teams.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Principal Investigators (PIs), study coordinators, research teams, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Identify and engage referral networks to support patient identification and enrollment.
  • Support investigators and sites throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
  • Facilitate scientific exchange and respond to medical and scientific inquiries in a compliant and balanced manner.
  • Deliver scientific education on disease state, study protocols, clinical development programs, and emerging data.
  • Communicate complex scientific information in a clear and meaningful way to healthcare professionals and study teams.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in PAH, cardiopulmonary diseases, rare diseases, and clinical research.
  • Gather meaningful insights from investigators, sites, and stakeholders to support clinical development strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs colleagues to optimize study performance.
  • Identify future research opportunities and potential clinical trial sites within the region.
  • Support the organization's scientific credibility and presence across the assigned territory.
  • Conduct all activities in accordance with applicable regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Complete all required training in accordance with assigned timelines.
  • Ensure all scientific interactions remain accurate, balanced, and compliant.

What they require

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MSc, MD) preferred.
  • Experience in clinical research, clinical development, Medical Affairs, or field medical roles such as CSL, MSL, CTL, or CRA.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, site engagement, and patient recruitment strategies.
  • Experience working directly with investigators, study coordinators, and healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong scientific acumen with the ability to communicate complex clinical information effectively.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
  • Fluent Korean (written and spoken) required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout South Korea and APAC. Expected travel requirement approximately 50–70%. International travel will be required to support regional clinical development activities.
