Knowtex is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to deliver high-quality training, provide clinical workflow support, and drive adoption of their AI-powered documentation platform for VA clinicians.

What you'll do

  • Deliver high-quality virtual training sessions for VA clinicians across various specialties and conduct train-the-trainer sessions for Site POCs and Clinical Champions.
  • Serve as the credible clinical contact for VA clinicians, Site POCs, and department leads, conducting workflow assessments and providing specialty-specific guidance.
  • Support site go-lives by providing clinical presence, conducting post-training check-ins, and monitoring activation/utilization patterns.
  • Track and report on training metrics, clinical quality indicators, and collect qualitative feedback to contribute to the evaluation framework.
  • Identify and recruit Site Champions, develop engagement strategies, and facilitate peer learning sessions to build a Clinical Champion community of practice.

What they require

  • Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent) with ≥3 years of direct patient care experience.
  • 2-3+ years developing or delivering clinical education or healthcare IT training, comfortable presenting to groups of 5 to 100+ participants.
  • 2+ years supporting healthcare IT implementations or clinical process improvement initiatives, managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable learning new healthcare technologies quickly and basic proficiency with data analysis and dashboards.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clinicians quickly.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, Medical Education, or related field.
  • Preferred: VA clinical experience (staff clinician, clinical educator, or clinical informaticist).
  • Preferred: Experience with ambient AI, clinical documentation improvement, or speech recognition technologies.
