Part-time remote clinical educator for Polish-speaking clinicians with an active license and a minimum of 3 years' clinical experience in women's health in Poland. Deliver 15–30 minute virtual education sessions (no clinical evaluation or prescribing) and create/review member-facing educational content. Initial engagements start at ~4 hours/month with flexible scheduling.

What you'll do

  • Conduct virtual clinical education-only calls with members on health topics within your areas of familiarity including fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, menopause, family health, and men's health.
  • Lead group webinars and workshops in your area(s) of deep expertise with the support of Vira’s staff.
  • Respond to general health questions via asynchronous messaging on a non-urgent basis.
  • Create Member Zone educational content including articles, care plans, videos, and webinar materials; review existing content for clinical accuracy and new evidence.
  • Collaborate with Care Advocates to guide members on finding clinical care and facilitate appropriate referrals; participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives.

What they require

  • Registered Nurse (RN), Registered/Certified Midwife (RM, CNM), Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant or equivalent licensed healthcare professional qualification
  • Current active license/registration in good standing in country of practice
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience in women's health (OB/GYN, maternal health, reproductive health, menopause care, or related specialty) in Poland
  • Polish speaking to professional level
  • Experience with virtual/telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement
