No BS summary

Senior clinical development leader owning the epilepsy portfolio (adult + pediatric) at a clinical-stage biopharma. Hard must-haves: an advanced scientific degree (MD/PharmD/PhD) and a personal track record of running trials, programs/submissions (IND, CTA, NDA, MAA) and health-authority interactions. US-based remote with travel flexibility, hands-on, data-driven.

What you'll do

  • Apply deep understanding of adult and pediatric epilepsy, trial design, the ends, and the regulatory pathway — including PIP/PSP — to development strategy.
  • Turn science, emerging data, patient need, and regulatory requirements into development strategies and personally lead studies from design through execution.
  • Interpret emerging clinical and scientific data, identify what matters, and make timely calls when information is incomplete.
  • Own the substantive clinical content for regulatory filings, briefing materials, and health authority interactions.
  • Drive cross-functional teams across clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory, safety, and other disciplines to resolve issues and move programs forward.
  • Bring program and submission experience to strengthen other clinical leaders across the portfolio.
  • Represent the company credibly with investigators, KOLs, health interactions, and partners.

  • In ownership of regulatory submissions — having carried the clinical content of IND, CTA, NDA, or MAA filings, briefing books, and health authority interactions.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to make thoughtful calls on emerging data with incomplete information, plus the knowledge of what to escalate and when.
  • Comfort in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and ambition goes beyond rigid role boundaries.
  • Renewed willingness to travel as needed for the role.
