What you'll do

  • Utilizing clinical nursing knowledge to identify relevant clinical data from electronic health record (EHR) documents.
  • Providing content support to Solventum end-user products by applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) in a clinical setting.
  • Supporting informatics and technical requirements for continuous improvement of the design and content of Solventum clinical products.
  • Educate and coordinate content utilization with other Solventum departments and customers.
  • Comply with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.

What they require

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing (AS RN, BSN RN) completed and verified prior to start.
  • Five (5) years of clinical practice/experience.
  • Active RN license.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship (e.g., H1B not sponsored).
  • Ability to work well within a fully remote team.
  • May include up to 10% domestic travel.
  • New hires required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding (company-paid) for hires with start date Oct 1, 2025 or later.
