Clinical education specialist for Sentec medical devices, home-based in the Greater LA area. Must have a Bachelor’s in Science or equivalent, current RRT license, Covid-19 vaccination, and ability to travel overnight 60%+. Healthcare-professional training experience and medical-device Clinical Specialist background are preferred.

What you'll do

  • Clinical education role focused on internal and external clinical and educational support.
  • Supports broader company revenue growth goals via customer support and education.
  • Providing training and education to new and existing Sentec users.
  • Work closely with the field sales and marketing organization to support new hire and ongoing sales training and development.
  • On-site and virtual education, training and CE and non-CE Presentations, and in-person state and potential national society presentations.
  • Acts as the subject matter expert for the use of our products in our key market segments to support company revenue growth goals.
  • Collaborates with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education i.e., curriculum, process/tools and programs.
  • Develops a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulates the clinical & economic value proposition.
  • Participates in product evaluations and installations.
  • Assesses needs and ensures comprehensive education and hands-on training on our products, including maintenance and troubleshooting that addresses all members of the clinical team.
  • Provides education and training necessary to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Current RRT license is required.
  • Preferred: Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred.
  • Preferred: Existing In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred.
  • Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials.
  • Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing.
  • This is a remote position (home-based in the Greater LA area) with the ability to travel overnight (60%+) and work flexible hours.
