We are currently seeking a Client Success Coordinator responsible for supporting both inbound client RFQ requests and outbound opportunity identification. What you'll do

  • Provide research support for inbound RFQ requests
  • Conduct comprehensive client background research using public information sources
  • Analyze property portfolios and market conditions for strategic positioning
  • Research competitive landscape and market rates for the specific geographic area
  • Assemble professional quote packages with supporting documentation and market analysis
  • Execute systematic follow-up campaigns with prospective clients
  • Identify potential cross-selling opportunities based on client portfolio analysis
  • Support contract execution and project onboarding coordination
  • Daily monitoring of procurement portals
  • Research and preliminary qualification of opportunities based on established criteria
  • Conduct detailed competitive analysis for priority opportunities
  • Track upcoming contract expiration dates and renewal cycles
  • Maintain comprehensive opportunity and client database
  • Prepare weekly market intelligence reports combining RFQ trends and solicitation activity
  • Analyze client interaction patterns and conversion rate optimization opportunities
  • Research industry developments and regulatory changes affecting target markets
  • Support strategic planning with market analysis and competitive intelligence
  • Maintain CRM system with detailed interaction history and relationship mapping

What they require

  • 2+ years experience in research, client success, or business development
  • Staff analytical and research capabilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and database management
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills, advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Must be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Experience coordinating and managing multiple schedules
  • Ability to work remotely
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), college preferred. A minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.
