As a Client Services Intake and Dispatch Coordinator at Rytech Restoration, you are the operational hub that connects our customers to our teams and keeps every job moving from that first call to the final update. About Rytech Restoration Rytech Restoration is a trusted name in residential and light commercial property restoration. Our local teams handle water damage, mold remediation, and property recovery with care and professionalism. Hours: 11am - 8PM EST What You'll Do You will be the voice customers hear first and the engine that keeps our operations running. Day to day, that looks like this: ▪ Manage incoming call queues and provide professional, empathetic service to customers during high-stress situations ▪ Assign and dispatch service requests to technicians via email and internal platforms ▪ Accurately enter and update assignments, notes, and scheduling details across multiple systems ▪ Track job status and ensure timely updates, including inspection schedules and completion milestones ▪ Proactively follow up on assignments, including addressing delays, rejections, or missing information before they become problems ▪ Communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, customers, and internal teammates throughout each job ▪ Maintain detailed, organized documentation so everyone on the team has the visibility they need ▪ Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and flag them for improvement ▪ Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business Requirements Required: ▪ High school diploma or equivalent ▪ 1 or more years of customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience ▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ▪ High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation ▪ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment ▪ Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and email platforms at the same time Preferred: ▪ Experience in restoration, insurance claims, dispatch, or call center operations ▪ Familiarity with CRM or job management platforms ▪ Experience handling escalations or service recovery situations You Will Thrive Here If You Are ▪ Someone who stays calm and focused when the volume picks up ▪ A self-starter who takes ownership and does not wait to be directed ▪ Detail-oriented in a way that matters: you get it right the first time, every time ▪ Energized by work that has a visible impact on real people having a tough day ▪ A strong communicator who can shift tone and approach depending on who you are talking to Benefits ▪ A role with real impact: you are helping people through some of the hardest moments of their lives ▪ The stability of a 30-year-old company with the energy of a growing national brand ▪ Career growth across multiple companies and markets under the Fortify umbrella ▪ A team that values plain talk, hard work, and doing right by our customers ▪ Pay range: $17 to $19/hr, with competitive benefits ▪ The chance to be part of something new: we are building the future of property protection, and your voice matters here Ready to Join Us?
