About the role As Dayshape continues to expand in the US market, we're growing our Client Integrations capability to support increasingly complex enterprise implementations and strategic customer programmes. Within this context, the Client Integrations team is focused on delivering robust, scalable, and commercially sound integration solutions that create long-term value for clients and for Dayshape. That's where you come in. As Principal Engineer, Client Integrations, you'll provide technical consultancy to our US Professional Services team, shape solution design on major client projects, and raise technical capability across the team through mentoring and leadership. What you'll do Provide technical consultancy to the US Professional Services team on product and integration strategy. Lead solution design for major US client projects, balancing customer needs with long-term product and delivery sustainability. Support client projects to successful outcomes by guiding stakeholders toward the best mutual solution, not simply the fastest requested option. Deliver high-quality integration builds for enterprise clients. Build and maintain deep expertise across all integration methods supported by the Dayshape product. Identify integration capability gaps and provide clear, structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams. Mentor teammates and support their technical growth. Collaborate effectively across multiple time zones with strong communication, planning, and stakeholder alignment. Requirements About you 8+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise integration projects. Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality, robust integration solutions. 5+ years of hands-on experience using ADF, Databricks, or comparable data management tools. 5+ years of experience with one or more programming languages, with the ability to investigate and understand existing codebases. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate outcomes that work for all parties. Demonstrated ability to bring clarity and direction in complex, ambiguous situations. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. Ability to deliver effectively under pressure while maintaining quality. Bonus points if you have Experience in professional services organisations and/or resource management environments. Experience integrating with one or more enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience contributing to integration standards, reusable patterns, or engineering best practices across teams. We typically work from 09:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday, though we can be flexible around this, just let us know. Location Preferred: New Jersey Tri-state area or Austin, TX.
