What you'll do

  • Enable on-time delivery and high-quality execution of client requirements / qualified, non-standardized delivery projects.
  • Support the bid and sales team during client deal negotiations with technical and contractual insight.
  • Act as the primary client interface after contract signature up to successful handover acceptance.
  • Work in partnership with NTT GDC delivery teams to assess progress and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming client change with minimum disruption to contracted deliverables.
  • Coordination of contractual requirements and the services and deliveries to be provided with customer management and the departments.
  • Planning and implementation of customer projects involving all necessary stakeholders and coordination of interfaces.
  • Monitoring deadlines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • General project reporting and timely escalation to management.
  • Tracking of risks and development of measures for risk mitigation.
  • Planning and conducting cross-disciplinary coordination, quality gates workshops, and supporting project participants to achieve project goals.
  • Assistance in project planning, including definition and coordination of project goals, resource/time/effort budgeting, and planning of work packages.
  • Definition of project workflow and project process organizations.
  • Planning and conducting the project kickoff with the involved departments.
  • Operational support in sub-projects by performing PM tasks such as moderation of workshops.
  • Continuous development of project methodology within the team and optimization of processes and tools for comprehensive project management.

What they require

  • Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of managed services to clients, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Experience with contractual agreements and compliance requirements as well as monitoring contract performance.
  • Knowledge of power supply and cooling of data centers, Cx ing, Fit-Out, Security, Connectivity infrastructure, as well as product knowledge including racks, networking, data center and IT-related services.
  • Preferred: Experience and certification in common project management methods such as PMP are desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Negotiation-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ensure discretion and professional handling of highly sensitive customer information.
  • Very good knowledge of handling IT devices and software systems, including very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience and proven successes in project management in national and international data center environments.
  • Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
  • Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.
  • Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.
  • Travel required up to 50% during critical project milestones.
  • This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity.
