What you'll do

  • Anticipate emerging technology trends and translate them into client value
  • Lead strategic discussions and innovation forums with clients
  • Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned to business priorities
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape winning solutions
  • Provide strategic input into proposals, renewals, and account plans
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders
  • Integrate cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance considerations into all solution designs
  • Guide modernization of legacy platforms while minimizing risk to critical financial operations
  • Promote secure-by-design and compliance-by-design principles across all proposed solutions
  • Represent a holistic view of Unisys across all business units and act as the primary technical representative to client leadership, including the C-suite
  • Drive client-facing strategy and innovation engagements, including executive briefings, technology workshops, and roadmap discussions
  • Foster long-term client relationships and identify new opportunities to expand Unisys’s portfolio of services
  • Lead from the front with a proactive, outcome-oriented approach while adapting to client culture and operating environments
  • Build relationships across the client organization and earn a seat at the table
  • Collaborate with the Client Executive, Client Delivery Executive, and Client Security Officer to ensure a coordinated leadership approach
  • Operate effectively within highly governed financial environments, balancing innovation velocity with control, documentation, and approval processes
  • Work cross-functionally across technical, commercial, and delivery teams
  • Facilitate executive strategy discussions, innovation forums, and technology workshops connecting emerging technologies to client priorities and long-term transformation plans
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients
  • Champion innovation with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Bridge business and technology priorities effectively
  • Drive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a strong focus on value realization and client outcomes

What they require

  • 15+ years in IT Architecture, CTO, or innovation leadership roles, ideally within Cloud Applications & Infrastructure or Digital Workplace domains
  • Proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation at enterprise scale
  • Strong expertise in Digital Workplace technologies or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes
  • Proven track record in pre-sales solutioning, consultative selling, and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing large-scale deals
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and experience in global, matrixed organizations
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
  • Preferred: Experience working within or supporting financial services organizations (e.g., banking, capital markets, mortgage, payments, or insurance)
  • Preferred: Familiarity with regulated environments and the impact of compliance, audit, and risk management on technology delivery
  • Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical platforms requiring high availability, resilience, and security
