What you'll do
- Define and build the technical architecture
- Develop a mobile-first web or app MVP
- Implement core features: QR-based entry experience, location-based content delivery, booking and payment flows (via APIs)
- Rapid iteration with real pilot customers
- Stabilize and scale the platform
- Integrate initial partners (via APIs or manual onboarding)
- Support technical due diligence with investors
