What you'll do

  • Manage the Galley in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring the timely delivery of quality meals to guests and crew as per the menu plan.
  • Maintain product quality, presentation, food safety and consistency.
  • Demonstrated safe working practices mindset.
  • Tolerance of others to work and live in a small environment for long periods of time.

  • Qualifications Required: Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management First Aid & CPR. Passport.
  • Qualifications willing to obtain with us: AMSA endorsed Certificate of Safety Training (CoST). Crowd Control & Crisis Management. AMSA Medical. AMSA endorsed Marine Cook Certificate. Australian Seafarers book or other country equivalent discharge book.
  • Rosters will require a commitment of up to 6 weeks duration for domestic voyages and up to 8 weeks for international voyages.
