Position Overview

This C++ Software Engineer role centers on developing and maintaining connections to cryptocurrency exchanges and data providers, troubleshooting market data issues, and developing new features for high-load trading systems. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure correct algorithm behavior, continuously improve trading systems, and help identify and resolve technical issues, all within a role where performance and low latency are mission-critical.

Key Responsibilities

Exchange Connectivity & Market Data

• Develop and maintain connections to cryptocurrency exchanges and data providers
• Troubleshoot market data issues as they arise

Feature Development

• Develop and implement new features for trading systems
• Continuously improve system performance and reliability

Collaboration & Algorithm Improvement

• Collaborate with different teams to ensure correct behavior of algorithms
• Continuously improve trading systems through cross-team input

Bug Resolution & Technical Support

• Assist with identifying and resolving smaller bugs and technical issues
• Support the ongoing stability of high-load trading infrastructure

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience
• Extensive experience with C++
• Proven experience working with high-load applications

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Good understanding of networking concepts
• Knowledge of financial markets and low-latency/high-frequency systems and/or distributed systems
• Proficiency with modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Python and/or Kafka
• Experience working with networking protocols such as REST, WebSockets, and FIX
• Experience with AWS, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus
