Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications, ensuring code is clean, performant, and adheres to high-quality standards. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and propose architectural improvements to optimize platform performance and reliability. Provide technical guidance to other engineers on the team, promoting best development practices and contributing to team growth. Development of scripts for data extraction from MongoDB. Creation and maintenance of APIs for data processing and delivery. Optimization of MongoDB queries for report generation. Collaboration with analytics teams to understand reporting requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Senior-level C#/.NET, experience building and refactoring complex backend domain logic. Strong automated-testing discipline: unit, integration, and regression coverage. MongoDB / NoSQL data modeling. Comfortable owning a feature end to end and working independently.
