We need your professional experience: 2+ years of experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, or total rewards; Hands-on experience running monthly payroll cycles and handling multiple compensation types (bonuses, allowances, overtime, referral payouts, and similar); Experience writing and maintaining process documentation, instructions, or internal policies; Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; Experience working with a Customer Support or shift-based team, or an iGaming background, is a plus; Upper-intermediate English, written and spoken, you'll be documenting processes and communicating with international teams.
