What you'll do

  • Use prospecting strategies to reach existing Docker users likely to acquire commercial licenses
  • Identify prospective customer needs and challenges
  • Determine prospect interest in Docker
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
  • Achieve target numbers of qualified prospects and new opportunities
  • Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries about Docker products
  • Create a strong first impression by adding value during customer touchpoints
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback
  • Engage in team development and mentoring
  • Build prospecting lists for target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Reach prospects through cold calls, email, chat, and social media
  • Maintain knowledge of Docker products and pitch
  • Adhere to team KPI metrics and prospecting standards

  • 1+ years of work experience in a Sales role
  • Demonstrated track record of success
  • Proactive and driven
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
