Trialfacts is looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (Email) to connect with prospective clients in Australia and the US and help grow our global business.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with highly targeted, high-intent leads in niche clinical research markets and turn their existing interest into qualified sales opportunities
• Reach out to decision-makers in Australia and the US through email and LinkedIn
• Personalize messages based on each prospect’s role, organization, and business needs
• Write outreach messages and subject lines that generate strong open and response rates

What We’re Looking For

• Strong motivation to achieve results and exceed targets
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to write clear, natural, and persuasive messages
• Strong research and message-personalization skills
• Good understanding of US and Australian clients, business culture, and communication styles
• Ability to tailor outreach messages to resonate with prospects in both markets
• Confidence communicating with international prospects
• Persistence and resilience when dealing with rejection or delayed responses
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Coachable and able to apply feedback quickly
• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, email outreach, or another client-facing role is an advantage

Working Hours

There is no time tracker or fixed daily schedule. We focus on results, ownership, and responsiveness.

You can complete most of your work during the Philippine day shift, provided you are available for team meetings, which normally take place in the afternoon.
