What you'll do

  • Develop and implement sales activities and hit sales targets to achieve growth and expand presence in the assigned territory.
  • Sign up new partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs, and provide extended training on the system.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of partners, including first-level support.
  • Follow up with existing partners to provide system training and identify ways to improve cooperation.
  • Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals with partners, including required document flow and technical setup.
  • Control partner compliance with commercial conditions, including payment flow.
  • Spend approximately 50% of working time on business trips, including client meetings, industry events, and other business-related events.
  • Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
  • Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.
  • Initiate API deals with potential and existing partners.

What they require

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry, focused on business development and account management of B2B companies.
  • In-depth understanding of the region's travel market, including B2B travel networks such as tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Up to 50% of travel time may be required.
  • Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven, and good with numbers.
  • Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, interested in innovative technology, comfortable with a fast-changing business environment, and a team player.
  • Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence.
  • Preferred: Competence in API technology deals.
