What you'll do

  • Build business partnerships with various sources of cooperation.
  • Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy.
  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned territories.
  • Actively seek business partners and develop partnership with distributors, strategic business partners and reference sites.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, create effective marketing strategies, and close deals.
  • Analyze market trends, data, and customer feedback, hence be able to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies based on market insights.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to generate initial sales leads and establish an initial customer relationship with early adopters in the market.
  • Manage both the development of new partnership opportunities in the market as well as existing lead/partners pipeline.
  • Plan and execute training and on-boarding of each assigned partner.
  • Help sales process of assigned partners by accompanying sales meetings or negotiations for initial customers, leads qualification, and providing required training and materials.
  • Manage partnership discussion process, including sales pitch content improvement, conveying and aligning initial target customers, negotiating pricing and contracts to maximize profit.
  • Manage relationship and motivation of our partners, aligning our short/medium/long term target with our partners.

What they require

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years of experience in business development, partnership, channel sales management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and deliver compelling presentations
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple channel management at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details
  • Networking skills for building and maintaining relationships: establishing partnerships, generating leads, and expanding the company's presence in the market
  • Able to analyze problems and develop creative solutions
  • Passion to learn and explore new business areas, to take initiatives and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Adaptability to changes in dynamic business landscapes
  • Experience in working autonomously from a home office
