What you'll do
- Search for, attract, and launch new payment partners such as banks, providers, and local payment solutions
- Develop new geographies
- Build long-term relationships with international partners
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing
- Support integrations together with internal teams
- Optimize the existing partner network
- Analyze local markets and identify new business development opportunities
- Form a regional development strategy and independently bring projects to launch
What they require
- Candidate location must not be in Russia
- Knowledge of the financial industry, including banks, fintech, and acquiring
- Strong understanding of local payment markets, regulation, key partners, and business processes
- Own base of relevant contacts
- Experience independently searching for, attracting, and launching new partners
- Knowledge of integration processes and formation of commercial terms
