Responsibilities: Identify New Opportunities: Conduct market research, network, and generate leads to find new business opportunities. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders. Strategic Execution: Create and implement strategies to promote our services and set us apart from competitors. Market Analysis: Perform competitive research and market analysis to identify trends and growth areas. Collaborate and Negotiate: Work with internal teams to create tailored proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts aligned with company goals. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities. Requirements Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience: Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in real estate or investment sectors. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
