We are looking for Business Developer Manager.

**Your main tasks will be:

• Own the full lifecycle of partnerships and custom integrations: sourcing, qualification, outreach, negotiation, commercial and technical alignment, launch, and initial performance monitoring
• Close the current priority pipeline: RTBPanda traffic partnership, an model-promotion agency integration, Microsoft ad-compliance approval, and TikTok/Snapchat account-provider partnerships
• Run cold outreach to partners and affiliates on an ongoing basis — for current needs and for new markets/geographies as the product expands
• Maintain a live, prioritized partner list per objective: contacts, geography, channel, status, potential, next steps
• Track competitors and competing affiliate programs, and keep recommendations current
• Hand off signed, running partnerships to affiliate managers for day-to-day management

**We expect from you:

• Full-cycle BD/sales/affiliate experience — cold sourcing, outreach, qualification, negotiation, commercial terms
• A nose for non-standard traffic sources and partners, not just the obvious ones
• Working knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare and hybrid models, channel economics, traffic quality, and fraud risk
• Technical literacy: tracking, pixels, postback/S2S, attribution, APIs, integration requirements — enough to have a real conversation with a partner's tech team
• Comfort with ad-platform compliance processes
• Partner pipeline/CRM discipline and clean database hygiene
• Strong business English — this is where most of the deals and the market live
• Structured, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity: someone who goes and finds partners rather than waiting to be handed a task list

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
