Beam is seeking candidates for an evergreen Business Development position to build its talent pool for future needs in the Web3 gaming space. The role focuses on identifying and securing partnerships with Web2 and Web3 game developers for the Beam network and Merit Circle ecosystem.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Managing and executing outbound BD campaigns to proactively seek and engage potential partners.
- Securing partnerships with traditional and web3 game developers, identifying mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Collaborating with teams to create compelling partner proposals and manage existing partnerships.
- Working across departments including product, gaming, tech integration, marketing, and operations.
- Assisting with daily BD functions such as CRM maintenance, tracking interactions, and reporting.
🔑 Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in business development or partnerships within a web3 gaming organization.
- Existing relationships with game developers and a strong network in the game industry.
- Above basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, NFTs, and blockchain technology in gaming.
- Substantial personal gaming experience or work in the game industry.
- Familiarity with web3 games, their pain points, and benefits.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proactive and flexible availability.
