Business developer/sales candidate with 2–5 years in automotive BD or sales. Must be US-based, able to create customer-facing sales materials, manage pipeline operations, hunt target accounts, and travel to OEM meetings, offices, and events.
Set 3Ready as a premium, intuitive entertainment platform that maximizes content engagement while ensuring strong OEM relationships and high-quality UX across all car projects. This role is essential for supporting the sales and business development teams throughout the sales cycle, ensuring smooth coordination, and providing business analysis, commercial support, and structured management. Responsibilities Produce the customer-facing materials — presentations, proposals, business cases and commercial offers. Make sure the customer gets all information and we get all information back; be brought into customer discussions early. Proactively reach out to accounts on the target list, source and open new doors, and build an own network over time. Coordinate RFQs/RFPs, quotations and inputs with product, engineering, delivery and support. Own pipeline hygiene, forecasts and reporting; feed market and competitor insight. Ensure a smooth handover from BD to key-account/project execution; represent 3SS at meetings and events. Requirements 2–5 years in automotive business development or sales. Hands-on producer — able and willing to create the customer-facing materials (presentations, proposals, business cases) themselves; this is core to the role from day one, not delegated. Organised, diligent, self-starting; comfortable owning pipeline operations and keeping opportunities moving. Proactive hunter mindset — willing to reach out to target accounts and build an own network over time, not only support warm intros. Strong communication and coordination skills — the reliable link between customer and our internal teams; ensures every customer request is answered. Working knowledge of automotive OEMs and how they make decisions. US-based; remote with travel to OEM meetings, our offices and industry events. Not required at the start: an established senior OEM network— but the ambition and trajectory to build one. Experience in content industry or automotive is a plus. Benefits You get: Compensation: Competitive salary, additional benefits such as health and retirement plans. Location: Michigan State/US, with travel to main offices and industry events.
