This is a hands-on development role where you’ll transform manual business processes into scalable digital solutions through automation, reporting, and system integrations. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to build applications, dashboards, and workflows that improve operational efficiency and provide actionable business insights. What You’ll Own Power BI & Business Intelligence Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Build scalable data models using: DAX Power Query Translate business data into meaningful operational insights. Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and reporting accuracy. Support executive and operational reporting initiatives. Power Platform Development Develop automated workflows using Power Automate. Build internal business applications with Power Apps. Create approval workflows, automation processes, and custom connectors. Design scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. Continuously improve and maintain existing Power Platform applications. Azure & Systems Integration Build integrations using: Azure Functions REST APIs Webhooks Custom services Connect Microsoft 365 applications with third-party platforms.
