What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and tasks for the development team
- Collaborate with clients, Product, Engineering, and Design teams
- Translate business requirements into UX/UI and technical solutions
- Participate in solution design, including data flows and IoT integrations
- Analyze key metrics such as energy consumption, occupancy, and air quality
- Support the development team throughout implementation
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements
What they require
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
- Experience with data-driven products or analytics platforms
- Basic understanding of IoT ecosystems, sensors, devices, and protocols
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture
- SQL or basic data analytics skills
- Experience with BPMN, UML, or data flow diagrams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
