We are looking for a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for product development
- Prepare technical documentation and task descriptions for the development team
- Participate in solving analytical tasks
- Research the market, competitors, and review regulatory documentation
- Collaborate with development, QA, product, design, and compliance teams
Requirements
Key competencies:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 1+ year of experience in fintech or digital finance projects, including e-wallets, transaction platforms, and integrations with external financial services
- Solid understanding of digital financial technologies, transaction processing, and the specifics of issuing and managing digital wallets
- Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies and tools, ability to clearly communicate ideas through diagrams
- Experience in describing system integrations
- Knowledge of UML notations
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Ability to independently collect information for tasks/research
- Understanding of client-server architecture principles
- Experience working with Jira / Confluence / Notion
- English proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation
Would be a plus:
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Understanding of UX/UI basics
- Knowledge of BPMN notation
