Client-facing role for someone with experience as a Brand Rep in the architecture & design ecosystem. Must be a high-energy 'road warrior' comfortable with frequent travel, events, and in-person engagement, with strong presentation and storytelling skills.

What you'll do

  • Lead Brand Partner and Brand Rep education and training on the toolsets that span the Material Bank ecosystem, including platform features, account configurations, business intelligence, and insights.
  • Provide Brand Partners and Brand Rep with education and training on best practices to optimize ROI and strengthen designer and architect relationships.
  • Leverage Material Bank's network to create meaningful connections and introductions between Brand Reps and Material Bank Members and Firm Leaders who would benefit from working together.
  • Maintain an in-field presence through office visits, industry conferences, and trade shows, including speaking or presenting when appropriate, with the goal of reinforcing Material Bank's value proposition and showing gratitude to our Partners.
  • Host regular, action-oriented in-field meetups that celebrate and connect the community while promoting current initiatives across the Material Bank platform.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to seek opportunities to celebrate, promote, and reward the Brand Reps for being a valuable part of our ecosystem.

What they require

  • Experience working as a Brand Rep within the Architect & Design ecosystem, ideally with exposure to industry associations, rep organizations, or design-focused platforms.
  • A genuine passion for building relationships and creating meaningful connections across the A&D community.
  • High energy, exceptional stamina, and a 'road warrior' mentality with enthusiasm for frequent travel, events, and in-person engagement.
  • Comfortable serving as a visible ambassador for Material Bank and confident operating in front of groups, whether presenting, training, facilitating discussions, or representing the company at industry events.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently engage senior leaders, communicate strategic value, and establish credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, both in person and virtually.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently across multiple priorities.
