What you'll do

  • Translate the brand strategy into practical plans that support business growth, reputation, and category leadership.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, governance frameworks, and approval processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brand guidance, supporting teams across the business with brand-related queries and decisions.
  • Review and challenge brand outputs to ensure they reinforce Paymentology's positioning as a trusted, modern, and expert B2B fintech partner.
  • Lead brand campaigns that increase awareness, differentiation, and market relevance.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to ensure campaigns and product launches align with the Paymentology brand.
  • Develop compelling narratives that translate complex propositions into clear, engaging stories for banks, fintechs, and payment providers.
  • Ensure campaign concepts, messaging, and creative executions consistently reflect the brand strategy.

  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for Paymentology to strengthen its market position.
  • Use market insights and analytics to refine messaging, improve brand visibility, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the business in becoming recognised not only as a technology provider, but as a trusted thought leader within the payments industry.
  • Define how the Paymentology brand comes to life across client-facing experiences, including events, executive engagements, masterclasses, and strategic forums.
  • Partner with the Events Manager to ensure every experience reflects the quality, personality, and standards of the Paymentology brand.
  • Provide creative direction and ideas that elevate client experiences while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Develop brand frameworks, messaging, and experience principles rather than owning event delivery.
  • Partner with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership on strategic initiatives such as product launches, go-to-market programmes, and business transformation projects.
  • Influence stakeholders to ensure brand considerations are embedded from the outset rather than applied at the end.
  • Build alignment across teams while balancing business objectives with brand consistency.
  • Manage brand approvals, priorities, and governance across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Partner with the Design Manager to ensure all creative assets meet Paymentology's visual standards and brand principles.
  • Provide creative briefs, strategic direction, and constructive feedback rather than producing design work directly.
  • Support the development of messaging, campaign narratives, executive communications, and client-facing content.
  • Ensure all copy, visuals, and presentations are distinctive, consistent, and aligned to the Paymentology brand.
