Sumsub is seeking a Billing Manager to ensure accuracy and consistency in billing operations. What you'll do

  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices in the billing system.
  • Maintain billing data with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
  • Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to address client questions related to billing.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Prepare regular billing and financial reports to support internal processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing procedures and workflows in cooperation with finance and operations teams.
