The Learning & Development Consultant provides strategic, organizational-level workplace wellbeing consultancy to international corporate clients across Lyra’s global markets. Partnering closely with clients, Account Management, and internal stakeholders, this role identifies workforce wellbeing needs and designs scalable, clinically sound, and commercially viable group-based learning interventions (workshops, webinars, leadership programs, and campaigns). Note: This is an organizational consultancy role and does not involve individual clinical care, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment. This is a Mexico-based fully remote position within Lyra International’s global Learning and Development function, supporting clients, colleagues and stakeholders across multiple international markets and time zones.
Occasional work outside standard local working hours may be required to support global meetings, client engagements or programme delivery.
Therefore the successful consultant must be comfortable working in a geographically distributed and cross-cultural environment.
