What you'll do

  • Assist the Senior Service Manager in developing project/daily plans and associated communication documents and coordinating various projects and daily related activities.
  • Determine schedules, manage and maintain spare parts, screen vendors for site projects.
  • Conduct Risk Assessment and prepare Method Statement documentation.
  • Develop and communicate Health and Safety regulations/qualifications tracker.
  • Develop and regularly optimize standard operating procedures to ensure better efficiency.
  • Manage the Service Team Calibration register and ensure timely announcement of pending equipment calibration.
  • Spare parts inventory management and reporting in CMMS, including annual audits, screening vendors, entering contracts, coordinating delivery schedules, managing contracts and invoices.
  • Identify the critical path required to achieve tasks and manage it until completion.
  • Review and verify documents for completeness, format, and compliance.
  • Oversee purchase requests/purchase orders.
  • Manage company assets (including company vehicles) and maintain relevant insurance policy.
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related technical discipline from a university or college.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have renewables experience or a service background.
  • Solid and effective interpersonal and communication skills (including oral, written, and visual).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; acute awareness and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Expert experience with Scheduling in MS Project (P6 would be an asset).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated independent thinking, initiative, and creativity.
  • Ability to function successfully both independently and within a team.
  • Demonstrated professional appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends) as required.
  • Valid Driver’s license, valid insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Some travel to project sites may be required.
