What you'll do

  • Provide compassionate, timely clinical support to clients navigating mental health and life challenges.
  • Assess needs and risk and provide brief interventions and crisis support.
  • Connect clients with appropriate care and resources and assist with care navigation.
  • Help remove barriers to care through personalized support to facilitate next steps toward treatment.
  • Operate in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment using technology-enabled workflows.

  • Able to work the specified shifts (see schedule).
  • Must be physically located within the United States.
  • Skilled in brief clinical support, risk assessment and crisis response.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and sound clinical judgment.
  • Comfortable using technology to support clinical work and adaptable to change.
