Remote BCBA for ABA therapy with children and adolescents with ASD. Requires a relevant master’s degree, BCBA certification or qualifying healthcare license, and credentialing with TMHP, Texas Children’s, UHC, and Wellpoint. Texas/US-based role.

What you'll do

  • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
  • Provide parent coaching and support
  • Maintain quality documentation and reports
  • Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
  • Stay current with research and share best practices with the team

What they require

  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Must be credentialed with TMHP (Texas Medicaid Health Plan), Texas Children’s, UHC, & Well point
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
  • Preferred: 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis working in a remote environment
  • Preferred: Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
  • Preferred: Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
