Hands-on insurance product manager with 5+ years of auto or personal insurance product development experience, preferably launch/pricing experience. You'll design and launch new auto coverages, coverage and pricing features for new and existing states, and apply AI/ML tools to pricing. Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the 40 listed U.S. states or Ontario (Canada).

What you'll do

  • Design and develop new products, rules, coverages, and enhancements that improve competitiveness and customer value.
  • Lead state expansion efforts by building and launching pricing models for new states, and optimizing existing state models for performance.
  • Own the research and proposal of new products, rules, coverages, and enhancements.
  • Own the end-to-end rollout process, from initial pricing analysis through launch and post-launch monitoring.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning tools to enhance pricing, uncover risk patterns, and accelerate analytical workflows.
  • Partner cross-functionally with actuarial, product, and compliance teams to ensure new features are technically sound and regulator-ready.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs that track the performance of newly launched products and pricing features.
  • Translate market and competitive research into concrete product recommendations and pricing adjustments.

What they require

  • 5+ years of insurance product development experience; personal auto insurance experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience building or launching new insurance products, features, or rating enhancements.
  • Experience supporting state expansion efforts, including new-state pricing model development and regulatory readiness.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning tools to pricing, underwriting, or risk workflows, with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory modeling and compliance requirements across multiple states.
  • Ability to translate market research and competitive analysis into concrete pricing and product recommendations.
  • Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with actuarial, product, and compliance teams without formal authority over those teams.
