Responsibilities:
- Support teams with interpretation and application of IFRS and GAAP standards
- Review financial statements and ensure consistency with internal and external reporting requirements
- Assist in development and maintenance of accounting methodology guidelines
- Help prepare technical accounting memos and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex accounting issues
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on reporting
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in audit, financial reporting, or technical accounting;
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Big Four or international audit firms;
- ACCA/CPA/CA certification;
- Experience working with cross-border teams or international clients.
