Job Description:
Primary Responsibility Executive oversight, governance, commercial matters, and strategic escalation management Manage and optimize the client's Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and approved plugins. Deliver end-to-end platform administration, including project/space setup, workflow design, automation, permissions, and access governance. Drive continuous platform enhancement through configuration changes, dashboard improvements, reporting, and user experience optimization. Support enterprise change initiatives including migrations, upgrades, integrations, and new feature enablement. Provide responsive L1-L3 support services to ensure platform reliability, issue resolution, and business continuity. Enable AI-powered productivity through configuration and maintenance of Atlassian Rovo Agents, prompts, knowledge sources, and workflow integrations. Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant operations through governance, validation, and pre-production testing of all platform changes. Partner with the client stakeholders to maximize business value, adoption, and operational efficiency across the Atlassian platform.
Must have Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Atlassian Administrator. Atlassian Site Administration, Jira Service Management Administration (Strong), Confluence Administration (Strong), Zephyr for JIRA, API Development and Integration (Strong)
