What you'll do

  • Partner closely with a Scientific Director and Strategic Account Directors to translate client objectives into impactful scientific content and programs.
  • Act as both a content expert and team leader.
  • Guide medical writers.
  • Oversee the quality-control process.
  • Contribute to strategic planning across projects.
  • Engage directly with clients, authors, and key opinion leaders.
  • Help shape scientific narratives across therapeutic areas.
  • Contribute to content development.
  • Contribute to regulatory review.
  • Contribute to advisory board planning.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
  • Support the delivery of strategic medical communications solutions that enhance clinical understanding and patient outcomes.

What they require

  • Advanced life sciences degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD).
  • 2–3+ years of experience within a medical communications agency.
  • Demonstrated expertise in medical/scientific writing and content development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with clients, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: Prior experience mentoring or managing medical writers.
  • Preferred: Exposure to regulatory review processes and advisory board development.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with competitive intelligence and therapeutic landscape analysis.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting new business development or client growth initiatives.
