About the Role

CTG is seeking a smart, motivated, and resourceful Associate Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who learn quickly, take initiative, and are willing to jump in wherever needed. Recruiting experience is a plus, but we’re equally interested in someone who is capable, curious, organized, and eager to learn!

You Will Get To

Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role Build strong, genuine relationships with candidates by understanding their goals, experience, and career aspirations, and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System Support social media and outreach campaigns to attract top talent Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

A collaborative team player who enjoys building relationships, learning about people, and helping connect candidates with the right opportunities. A strong communicator who can effectively engage candidates throughout the recruiting process. Proactive, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and jump in where needed. Passionate about providing a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

Priority given to candidates located in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Nice to Have

Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools Background in technical recruiting Experience recruiting for cleared positions

Salary

We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $45k to $65k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
