What you'll do

  • Design the end-to-end architecture of the demand generation campaign: mapping the buyer journey for each customer segment — Enterprise & Government, In-house PR Teams, and PR Agencies — and defining thought leadership requirements at the top of the funnel.
  • Nome: Define the channel mix for every campaign, from paid search and paid ads to paid and organic social, webinars and virtual events, in-person tradeshows, and outbound email.
  • O-vertake: Manage and develop the SEO & AI Visibility & Social media Manager and Field/Event Marketing & Community Relations Manager, holding them accountable for campaign-level outcomes.
  • Drive quality: Hold the A/B test-and-learn cadence across offers, audiences, creative, and channels.
  • Own the demand generation operating scorecard and confidentiality of metrics like outbound reply rate and meetings booked.
  • Own outbound email program strategy, including jurisdiction-aware market sequencing across opt-out and opt-in consent regimes, a clear sending architecture, and scaling gates.
  • Collaborate with Rev/Marketing Operations Manager to specify campaign builds and Quest, and build trust in attribution model.
  • Brief the communications and content organization so thought leadership lands on strategy and on time.
  • Run the cross-sell and upsell motion jointly with the Product Marketing Manager, with each owning their territory.
  • Partner with sales on this quality feedback loops, SLAs, and meetings-booked follow-through.
  • Manage and he management: average outbound response rate and meetings booked per quarter.
  • Design end-to-end event engagement for maximizing ROI: strategize and execute, virtual and in-person.
  • Test hypothesis across all channels; capture knowledge within a testing template and reapply.
  • Manage and resource for design, web, data, and operations.

What they require

  • 7+ years in B2B demand generation, with multi-channel campaign strategy in B2B SaaS (media intelligence, martech, or communication technologies are an asset).
  • People-management experience with a record of developing channel specialists into strong performers.
  • Proven full-funnel campaign architecture: can walk us through end-to-end campaigns they designed spanning journey, content plan, channel mix, and results.
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub fluency: capable of briefing, reviewing, and QA work credibly even if not building themselves.
  • Proven cold outbound program experience on dedicated sending infrastructure — secondary domains, mailbox rotation, warmup, deliverability management — run deliberately outside the marketing automation platform; and judgment on why purchased lists never touch bulk email tools.
  • Jurisdiction-aware outbound strategy: has operated across opt-out (CAN-SPAM) and opt-in (CASL, GDPR/PECR) regimes, knows which markets are consent-only, and sequences market entry accordingly.
  • Fluency in the post-2024 deliverability regime—authentication requirements, bulk-sender thresholds, complaint-rate ceilings—and honest subject-line discipline.
  • Clear-eyed judgment on outbound tooling, including AI SDR platforms: pilots against cost per qualified meeting rather than the demo.
  • A deep analytical habit: daily and weekly numbers review, systematic A/B testing, and decisions made from data.
  • Influence without authority: gets the best from partners—paid specialists, content teams, operations, and sales.
  • Calm under concurrency: can plan and run multiple campaigns at different lifecycle stages simultaneously.
