What you'll do

  • Review, draft, and negotiate customer agreements, procurement agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, Security, and other teams to provide legal advice during the deal process.
  • Identify legal risks and recommend commercially reasonable solutions.
  • Contribute to legal playbooks, templates, and standard contractual language.
  • Support legal workflow improvements using AI tools and automation where appropriate.
  • Train internal stakeholders on contracting best practices and company legal positions.
  • Contribute to process improvements that help the Legal team scale.

What they require

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 3–5 years of legal experience, including reviewing and negotiating technology, SaaS, data processing, or other commercial agreements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain legal concepts clearly to business partners.
  • Sound judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn while taking ownership of work.
  • Interest in using AI and technology to improve legal workflows and team efficiency.
