What you'll do

  • Support the Director and Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies across STANLEY and BLACK+DECKER portfolios.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategy and tactical plans.
  • Manage daily project activities and deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Own project portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Commercial, and Design.
  • Support Brand Manager on campaign objectives, KPI alignment, and performance; recommend improvements for execution.
  • Coordinate and execute with North America Centers of Excellence (COEs) integrated digital marketing campaigns (website, email, organic + paid social, search, paid media, customer/retail).
  • Manage creative development processes: initiate new jobs, develop creative briefs, review creative outputs, and provide feedback to internal studio partners.
  • Support Brand manager on execution of marketing plans including packaging, photography, digital content, sales kits, and video content.
  • Serve as a steward of the STANLEY and BLACK+DECKER brand portfolios, leading development and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Commercial teams to provide brand input during new product innovation and development.
  • Track and report on brand performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and project progress.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
  • Support budget management and resource allocation for brand initiatives.

What they require

  • 2+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably working in a large matrixed organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
  • Experience in Brand Campaign Development & Execution.
  • Understands and can interpret data/analytics to dive deep into our end-user needs and problem solve.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills that can manage internal/external partners with varying degrees of knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial/budget management skills.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational and communication skills.
