What you'll do

  • Drive profitable growth through signings, revenue targets, margin management and backlog growth.
  • Identify, pursue and convert a pipeline of business development opportunities; scope and negotiate fees for engagements.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with CXOs; lead C-level customer interactions and consulting initiatives.
  • Oversee design and delivery of complex engagements to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster talent development, innovation and a commercially focused culture across multidisciplinary teams.

What they require

  • Extensive experience in customer engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives and support high-value business development activities.
  • Effective financial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, managing margins and scoping/fee negotiation.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology and demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
